Privacy Policy

    1. Introduction

At dLogos.xyz (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”).

    2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an account, create or sign petitions, fill out forms, send communications to us, or otherwise use our Services. This may include:

    • Personal identifiers (such as your name and email address)
    • Account credentials (such as username and password)
    • Profile information (such as your profile picture and biography)
    • Content you create or share (such as petitions, comments, and messages)
    • Communication preferences

    2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

    • Device information (such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system)
    • Usage data (such as how you interact with our Services, pages viewed, and links clicked)
    • Cookies and similar technologies

    3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

    • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
    • Process and complete petitions
    • Communicate with you about petitions, updates, and other information
    • Respond to your requests, comments, and questions
    • Analyze trends and user traffic
    • Protect against, identify, and prevent fraud and other illegal activity
    • Comply with our legal obligations

    4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

    • With petition creators and targets when you sign a petition
    • With the organization that receives a pledge you earmarked for it (see section 5)
    • With service providers who perform services on our behalf
    • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
    • In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of all or a portion of our company
    • With your consent or at your direction

    5. Pledges and Donor Information

dLogos processes this payment as your agent, not as the recipient of the earmarked portion you direct to the named organization.

    5.1 What a pledge records

When you pledge, we record the pledge amount, the organization it is earmarked for, your account identity, and the exact terms you agreed to, together with the time you agreed to them and the IP address and browser the agreement came from. That last part exists so we can show what was authorized, by whom, and when.

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. We hold the processor's reference to your saved payment method, not the card number.

    5.2 Who sees your name

A pledge carries a setting that controls whether your name appears on public pledge surfaces. Turn it off and your name is not shown publicly.

Your identity is shared with the organization that receives the earmarked amount whichever way that setting is set, so the organization can acknowledge what it received. This is disclosed next to the setting in the pledge flow, before you choose, and it is the one disclosure the setting does not govern.

    5.3 Cancelling and deleting

You can revoke this pledge in full any time before the episode is published, and nothing is charged.

A completed pledge is a financial and compliance record, so it is retained after an account is closed, along with the terms it was made under. Deleting your account removes your profile from our public surfaces; it does not erase a record of money that moved. Requests under section 6 are handled with that limit in mind.

    6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

    • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
    • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
    • Data portability
    • Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

    7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities and to improve your experience on our Services. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

    8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9. International Data Transfers

We may process your information in countries outside of your home country. When we transfer your personal information internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information is protected.

    10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us.

    11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our Services prior to the changes becoming effective.
